VEO+ Multifunctional Phased Array Flaw Detector
VEO+ is a portable ultrasonic phased array flaw detector. Its characteristics are simple operation, high performance and advanced functions. Technicians can easily operate with the touch of their fingers.
The instrument uses an intuitive menu system and work-driven process, with a complete description of the menu and wizard operations, allowing users to optimize simultaneously through scanning.
The speed of sound, delay, TCG, DAC, TOFD settings and fast and efficient guides for encoder calibration are provided as standards. The calibration status is clearly displayed on the screen through a simple conversion system, and the operator can see at a glance whether the veo has been calibrated for the inspection task.
VEO+ can meet most non-destructive testing (NDT) needs. Typical applications include weld inspection, corrosion inspection, aerospace field and composite inspection.

3D scan
VEO+ scan supports multi-probe and multi-scan, and can quickly and effectively set up inspection plans from many sources. You can choose from a certain range of geometric welds, and display the probe you have selected for inspecting the workpiece. The multiple jump paths are displayed on the 3D scan, and the user can ensure that the weld inspection is completely covered. There is a simple reference point indication, which can quickly determine the position of the probe on the workpiece.
TOFD
VEO+ can include analog filters and low-noise amplifiers for TOFD detection, high-speed data acquisition and high-definition display, and high-quality TOFD scans can be viewed simultaneously with phased arrays. In weld inspection, phased array and TOFD inspection can be evaluated together to improve credibility.
Multiple scan
VEO+ can be quickly set to display a wide range of multiple scan views. This allows the user to select an important inspection view and obtain a better display effect. Sector scan, top, side and end views can all be combined with multiple A-scan views and TOFD. Pointers and rulers can be used to identify trajectories in the view, and real-time measurement tools can display dimensions and annotations.
A scan
VEO+ supports traditional ultrasonic testing with single crystal probes. High-resolution LCD and fast graphics reproduction ensure a high level of accuracy and fast interactive waveform display. Thanks to the high-resolution LCD display, the measurement is clear and easy to read, and the wide-screen mode provides a huge scanning window area.
UT Studio
UT Studio is a computer-based analysis software for phased array analysis and report generation. The recorded veo+ data files can be easily transferred via U disk and used to generate new windows and images. Users can simply drag and drop veo+ data files into the display template to create multiple windows.
The software includes powerful measuring pointers and extractors for identifying trajectories, dimensions and marking defects. Easily generate reports and output them in PDF format.
