ECHOGRAPH 1090 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
Small, sturdy, digital-makes ultrasonic flaw detection easier
The new digital portable ultrasonic flaw detector ECHOGRAPH 1090 makes ultrasonic flaw detection easier.
This is due to:
Lighter body
The large-area color LCD screen (143 x 79 mm) makes the A-scan display, measurement results and operating menus very eye-catching even from a distance.
Simple operation button design to avoid complicated menu operation
What is even more amazing is that due to the reasonable instrument settings and simple probe calibration methods, inexperienced personnel can quickly master the operation method.
The sturdy aluminum housing makes ECHOGRAPH 1090 have a thin thickness of 50mm and a light weight of 1.6 kg, including a lithium battery that can be used for 13 hours.
ECHOGRAPH 1090 has faster electronic processing components and a pulse repetition rate of up to 1500HZ. The two gates of the ECHOGRAPH 1090 can measure the echo sound path and amplitude separately. It has a matching independent indicator light. ECHOGRAPH 1090 has a larger A-scan memory.
Therefore, ECHOGRAPH 1090 is of course the most perfect handheld ultrasonic flaw detector. The beautiful and sturdy color-wrapped rubber protects the instrument from impact damage and rough or uneven surfaces.
The interface of ECHOGRAPH 1090 enables ECHOGRAPH 1090 to transfer data with the computer arbitrarily and apply it in a small automatic flaw detection system.
Outstanding features:
DGS/DAC version
DGS and DAC curves with 4 additional evaluation curves, directly displayed in
Amplitude evaluation relative to DGS/DAC (dBrel)
With 6.3" (16cm) A-scan TFT-LC display, the instrument can display clearly even in sunlight, 256 colors
Plain language and technical window design make operation extremely easy
5 programmable shortcut keys
Important parameters can be adjusted directly by shortcut keys
The sturdy aluminum chassis is wrapped with beautiful colored rubber so that the instrument can withstand harsh environments
Lithium battery that can be used for up to 13 hours has a safe fast charging function
Has a power saving mode
Different colors can be selected for measurement mode and menu operation
The operating menu language, parameters and help prompts can be re-stored in the instrument through the computer.
