Eightfold-multiplexer for an automated ultrasonic inspection

Based on the technology and ease of use of the portable tester ECHOGRAPH 1090, a new generation of ultrasonic tester ECHOGRAPH 1094 MUX was developed, which can be easily carried and has a single automation function.

The multiplexer allows up to 8 detection channels to be controlled.

The test head of the channel can be connected to the test system through the interface on the back of the device.

The operation of the device is a convenient menu interface that has been used (such as ECHOGRAPH 1090).

There is an additional menu link for the operation of the multiplexer, through which a large number of additional functions can be performed.

Each detection channel in the operating system will be displayed on the display, and all channels in the test system will be displayed.

The compact design of ECHOGRAPH 1094 makes multi-channel material inspection flexible and simple. This set of equipment can be installed on a wheel-rail car to inspect, for example, metal plates or sheets (as shown in the figure).

It can be charged by an external DC power source such as a car battery.

Appendix

You can choose to add a display device with diode lights (port control), which can identify the defects of the test channel through long-distance transmission.

Details

The data of each test channel will be displayed at the bottom of the two displays.This display result is displayed through the diode signal in the form of a sum.

Display-and signal

For error signals, USB, VGA, trigger signal and test head ports are all on the reverse side of the device.

Important data parameters are directly entered through the keyboard.
