working principle
This instrument uses the needle trace method to measure the surface roughness of the workpiece
When measuring the surface roughness of the workpiece, the sensor is first placed on the measured surface of the workpiece, and then the instrument is started for measurement. The precision drive mechanism inside the instrument drives the sensor to slide along the measured surface at a constant speed. The sensor passes through the built-in sharp The stylus feels the roughness of the measured surface. The roughness of the measured surface of the workpiece will cause displacement of the stylus, which changes the inductance of the sensor's inductance coil, thereby generating an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness at the output of the phase-sensitive detector. The signal enters the data acquisition system after amplification and level conversion. The ARM chip performs digital filtering and parameter calculation on the collected data, and the measurement results are given on the OLED display. You can connect to a Bluetooth printer wirelessly to print all the measurement parameters, you can also communicate with a PC through a data cable, and use computer software to further analyze the data.

Operation method and matters needing attention
Handheld measurement
After inserting the sensor into the instrument, measure directly on the surface of the workpiece. In addition to setting the correct measurement conditions, you should also pay attention to:
a. The main body of the sensor should be kept horizontal
b. The sliding direction of the sensor should be perpendicular to the processing texture of the workpiece.
Use height ruler column
a. Carefully insert the standard sensor into the instrument, and then install it on the connecting part of the column, and confirm that it is locked;
b. Adjust the carriage of the column to a position slightly higher than the surface of the workpiece, and descend until the sensor touches the workpiece. This process must be operated carefully, especially when the sensor is about to touch the workpiece;
c. Adjust the main body of the sensor to the visual level and observe whether the position of the stylus is near the center;
d. When raising and lowering the sensor, be sure to pay attention to the direction, the wrong drop will damage the sensor.
