14A Aqua-Glo Fluorescent Water Magnetic Suspension

14A Aqua-Glo is a highly sensitive, spray canned water-based fluorescent magnetic suspension used to detect small discontinuities on key components. This product has the advantages of water-based magnetic suspension and the convenience of spray can products. It is suitable for the field and occasions where it is inconvenient to use bulk magnetic suspension.

The water-based non-flammable magnetic suspension is mainly composed of high-sensitivity 14A fluorescent magnetic powder, which is usually used with magnetic yoke for field detection. It shows yellow-green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Ultra-high sensitivity magnetic powder provides clean, bright yellow-green fluorescence, with excellent detection quality and accuracy.

Before testing, apply 14A Aqua-Glo to the magnetized workpiece. It can be used to detect cracks, cracks, inclusions, folds, hot cracks, and white spots. Can detect defects on the surface and near the surface. The detectable workpieces can be castings, forgings, stampings or machined parts. The workpieces must be ferromagnetic materials, such as steel or other alloys of iron, cobalt, and nickel.
