14AM fluorescent oil magnetic suspension

14AM is a high-sensitivity pre-mixed oil-based fluorescent magnetic suspension, used to detect small discontinuities on key workpieces, showing clear and bright yellow-green fluorescence under ultraviolet light, with excellent detection quality and accuracy.

This high-performance ready-to-use oil-based magnetic suspension combines 14A fluorescent magnetic powder and Carrier II oil-based carrier fluid. 14AM is applied to the surface of the workpiece to be inspected by spraying, and can be used to detect surface or subsurface discontinuity defects such as inclusions, folds, thermal cracks and white spots. It is suitable for testing high-performance critical safety components and high-stress castings and forgings, welds or machined ferromagnetic workpieces. The use of 14AM can meet the anti-rust requirements between processes to a certain extent. 14AM complies with all industrial and NDT standards, including aerospace, ASTM and ISO 9934.
