AL-4B fluorescent penetrant

AL-4B is a biodegradable water-based fluorescent penetrant. AL-4B is water-soluble and can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 according to different application requirements. In order to achieve its highest sensitivity, this product can be used directly without dilution. AL-4B shows a fluorescent yellow-green under the irradiation of ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 365nm.

AL-4B is suitable for many applications that do not require high sensitivity, but also requires excellent washability. Excellent water washability makes it easy to remove from the surface of rough non-metal castings or the surface of complex shapes, so it is very suitable for the application in the automotive industry.

AL-4B can be used to replace some traditional petroleum solvent-based penetrants. Such penetrants will cause corrosion on the surface of the workpiece to be tested, such as testing on plastic products. It can also be used as a penetrant for leak detection, and can be used for leak detection on welded tanks and containers. For such situations, this product can be diluted with water to obtain a more economical application.
