ST700 ceiling LED black light

ST700 is a new generation of ceiling-mounted LED black light from American Magnetic Flux, which provides high-intensity and wide-range ultraviolet light. It is specially designed for fluorescent penetrant inspection and fluorescent magnetic particle inspection in the non-destructive testing industry.

ST700 can cover the inspection area with wide and uniform intensity distribution of ultraviolet light, and shorten the inspection time with the smallest possible number of workpiece movements. High-intensity ultraviolet light makes the defect display bright and clear, speeding up the inspection process. The unique lens and integrated filter minimize the brightness of visible light, and will not reduce the intensity of ultraviolet light after prolonged exposure.

ST700 is designed for use in harsh environments and uses a high-strength aluminum structure to avoid accidental damage to the lamps. The highly flexible installation position and angle ensure that the black light can be installed at any position during the inspection process-from the horizontal magnetic probe to the cleaning station.

ST700 has passed the non-destructive testing LED black light standard, aerospace and OEM spectrum and beam intensity distribution certification. Each device is shipped with a manufacturer's certificate that meets or exceeds all existing fluorescent penetrant and fluorescent magnetic particle inspection standards.
