WB-655.2 fluorescent magnetic powder concentrate

WB-655.2 is an upgraded product of WB-655. It is a fluorescent magnetic powder concentrate made by mixing fluorescent magnetic powder with aqueous medium wetting agent, defoaming agent and long-lasting rust inhibitor. When in use, add water according to a certain ratio (recommended ratio: 1.40-1.80) to prepare a fluorescent magnetic powder aqueous magnetic suspension. The diluted water magnetic suspension has good suspension, fluidity and wettability on the surface of the workpiece, and good magnetic mark formation and retention performance.

After WB-655.2 is diluted, it can be applied to the surface of the workpiece by spraying to detect various surface or subsurface discontinuities, such as shrinkage cracks, tears, welding cracks, grinding cracks, quenching cracks and fatigue cracks. Class defects, as well as discontinuities such as inclusions, delamination, folding and cold separation. It is especially suitable for the inspection of finished parts, such as automobile crankshafts and bearing parts.
