ZL-420 fluorescent penetrant

ZL-420 is a low-level sensitive water-based fluorescent penetrant, which can be used for the detection of surface opening defects of castings and forgings with rough surfaces or without machining. ZL-420 can be widely used in the inspection of key components in the automotive industry or other industries, such as steering knuckles, wheel hubs, pistons, valve rods and control arm rockers.

The water-based ZL-420 has excellent washing performance and can be easily removed even on rough surfaces with little background residue. Quick cleaning can also save the consumption of cleaning water, produce less sewage, and have low BOD and COD values. In addition, ZL-420 has an excellent BOD/COD ratio, which makes the wastewater biodegradable.
