Spectroline's new QUADRAN™ 365 NDT lamp (QDR-365SC) has four ultra-high flux UV-A LEDs and a convenient white LED that can quickly switch between fluorescence detection and defect location. In order to improve flexibility, it has a unique dual, high/low white light output control. The lamp fully complies with the ASTM E3022 standard for LED UV-A lamps.

QUADRAN's wide beam configuration produces an extremely wide coverage area, making it ideal for handheld and online applications. Long-lasting UV-A lenses can reduce sun exposure. The lamp has a nominal steady-state UV-A intensity of 3,700 μW/cm2 at 15 inches (38 cm). It also has a large coverage area of 6 inches (15.2 cm) in diameter at 15 inches (38 cm), with a minimum UV-A intensity of 1,000 μW/cm2. Its low visible light emission is less than 0.5 footcandles (5 lux).

QUADRAN's panel with an integrated black light filter reduces the output of wavelengths exceeding 400 nm. The white LED allows scanning of surface defects or illuminating a dark work space. The built-in fan keeps the LED cool to maintain the best light output during long periods of use. QUADRAN is equipped with a multi-LED wide-beam UV-A (365 nm) inspection lamp. It is specifically designed to meet ASTM UV-A intensity and wavelength specifications for LPT and MPT.

QUADRAN has no trigger finger fatigue. It will continue to work until you finish the work. This is because switching the operating mode is as simple as switching the rear-mounted, easy-to-use three-way rocker switch (white light/off/ultraviolet). The built-in pin socket of the lamp handle can be easily connected to various Spectroline® mounting accessories for online inspection applications (accessories are sold separately).

Each lamp comes with a certificate of conformity that meets the ASTM E3022 standard for the emission characteristics and requirements of LED UV-A lamps.

Choose a standard 8-foot power cord (2.4 m) or an extra-long 20-foot (6.1 m) heavy-duty power cord with an AC plug and rubber sleeve. You can also choose an optional industrial power supply or a plug-in power supply with a wire kit (sold separately). All power supplies and cord sets are available in 120V, 230V, 240V and 100V models. Each lamp is equipped with UV-absorbing glasses, and is packed in a convenient, light and soft suitcase.
