This equipment uses the CCD camera to read the defect information on the surface of the billet being transported and perform image processing.
At the same time, it is a fully automatic magnetic particle inspection system that outputs defect atlas to the upper and lower computers and marks the defective parts.
Features:
● A camera is installed in the inspection process to automatically perform image processing and defect marking, which can effectively reduce the number of operators.
● At the same time, the defects in the L direction and the T direction are detected, and the detection efficiency is very efficient.
● The defect atlas is divided and output in units of 100mm in the length direction (L) of the billet and 20mm in the circumferential direction (T).
● The flaw detection speed can reach 40m/min.
