BX-40A is a high-sensitivity composite fluorescent magnetic powder, mainly composed of high-quality fluorescent magnetic powder BX-60H, rust inhibitor and wetting agent. BX-40A is mixed with water in a certain proportion and can be conveniently used to prepare fluorescent water magnetic suspension. Under ultraviolet light, the ultra-high-sensitivity BX-40A composite fluorescent magnetic powder has clear and bright green fluorescent indication.

The water magnetic suspension prepared with BX-40A is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece to be inspected, and can be used to detect surface or subsurface discontinuity defects such as inclusions, folds, hot cracks and white spots. It is suitable for testing high-performance critical safety components and high-stress castings and forgings, welds or machined ferromagnetic workpieces. Under the irradiation of black light, the fluorescent magnetic powder in BX-40A can form bright yellow-green indication at the defect position.
