BX-60H fluorescent magnetic powder (for water and oil)

BX-60H fluorescent magnetic powder is a high-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic powder, used to detect fine defects under high requirements. Add BX-60H to the oil carrier liquid or impregnation water to prepare a magnetic suspension, which is used in the wet fluorescent magnetic particle detection system. The magnetic suspension is sprayed on the surface of the workpiece during magnetization. It is used to detect the surface and near surface defects of forgings, welded parts, castings, stamping parts and machined parts of ferromagnetic materials (such as iron drill nickel and its alloys). The types of defects can be: cracks, gaps, slag inclusions, tears and white spots.
