JYBL-2 color penetrating flaw detection agent (BLACK) is a new type of black contrast penetrating agent newly developed by our company to meet different industries and different testing environments. Based on Juyou Poly's years of research and development technology and the accumulation of field penetrant inspection experience, and referring to the provisions of section 7.4b of the GB/T9445-2015 non-destructive testing standard, this new type of black contrast penetrant is a water-washing/solvent-washing dual-use type. The comprehensive performance is excellent, and the key parameters such as sensitivity, removability, odor, and imaging speed have reached or exceeded the domestic level, which greatly broadened the application range of penetration testing and contributed to the cause of non-destructive testing.

Features:

1. Ultra-low fluorine, chlorine and sulfur content, using raw materials that have undergone strict selection and inspection, and strictly controlling the production process. The content of fluorine, chlorine and sulfur is much lower than that of domestic related products.

2. Imported SOSTER large-cap nozzle actuator valve is adopted, spraying is evenly distributed, covering a large area, not clogging and having a good feel. P, R, D nozzles are interchangeable.

3. It does not contain Sudan Red dye ingredients, which reduces the potential physical harm to the inspection operator

4. The detection sensitivity is high, and the sensitivity reaches the middle and high level of color penetrating flaw detection. The contrast effect is obvious among the domestic products of the same level, the penetrating color is bright, the image is uniform and delicate, and the cracks are clear.

5. Water/solvent dual-purpose cleaning, water cleaning performance is good, cost-saving and does not affect sensitivity.

6. The black and white contrast is particularly obvious, the defect recognition is clearer, and it will not cause missed inspection.
