MT-50 fluorescent magnetic powder (oily)

MT-50 is an ultra-bright fluorescent magnetic powder that can be used to detect defects of different sizes. Under ultraviolet light, it can provide clear and bright defect display, and the background brightness is low. MT-50 can only be mixed with oil-based carrier liquid for wet fluorescent magnetic particle detection.

MT-50 can be used for ordinary wet magnetic particle inspection, and can detect defects such as inclusions, joints, shrinkage cracks, stabs, folds, white spots, welding defects, grinding cracks, and fatigue cracks. It exhibits yellow-green fluorescence under black light (365-nanometer wavelength light).
