BX-18H Film Drying Box

    BX-18H film drying box (clamshell type) is a newly developed product of Juyou Poly Zui. The film drying box is a three-dimensional structure. The top cover is designed with a large observation window, which is convenient for observing the situation in the box. High-quality thin steel plate is used. It is manufactured by welding, and the surface of the shell is painted. This machine is mainly composed of three parts: an electric blower, a digital display temperature controller, and an electric heating tube. The high-efficiency far-infrared heating system is stable in performance, the electronic digital display temperature control technology is more accurate, the internal space is very large, and the number of baking sheets is much higher than other styles. The BX-18H film drying oven has the functions of heating, circulating air blowing and maintaining a constant temperature, which can increase the drying speed of the film. Features:

1. Electric blower, when the device is running at the bottom of the box, the centrifugal fan impeller sucks the upper air into the fan inlet, and then discharges it upwards in the front and rear clamps of the box, drying the film through the flow studio, and then sucking to the blower inlet, and so on. And get a balanced heat source. At the same time, the exhaust duct on the left side of the film drying box discharges a large amount of humid air out of the box;

2. Digital display temperature controller. This instrument is installed in the lower front part of the bottom of the box and adopts microcomputer technology to control the temperature, with reliable temperature control sensitivity and high precision. According to the number of dry films in the box and the different humidity conditions of the environment, it is very convenient to set the required drying temperature and reliably control it;

3. The PTC electric heating plate is installed at the bottom of the box. There is a total of 1 heating unit. The power switch and controller on the panel control the bottom with movable and fixed casters, and there are carrying loops on the side, which is more convenient to move. There are handles on both sides of the shell, which can assist in loading and unloading when the pulley is inconvenient to move.
