AccuMAX series intensity meters [XR-1000/XF-1000 digital ultraviolet and white light intensity meters (illuminance meter/irradiometer) from Spectroline, USA] are designed for the application of ultraviolet intensity, dose measurement and visible light intensity. Through the optional replaceable sensor, the ultraviolet intensity and ultraviolet radiation dose (energy) can be measured. The XR-1000 and XF-1000 mainframes have a sleek design and a strong shell. According to different measurement results, the display unit is automatically selected, and up to four digits are displayed. The display is a 3" LCD display with icons and numbers. The main unit has a removable rubber protective cover. A suitcase is also optional.

The host XF-1000 (suitable for measuring tube ultraviolet light source) and XR-1000 (suitable for bulb-type high-pressure mercury lamp ultraviolet light source) controlled by micro-processing can measure the intensity of various wavelengths of ultraviolet light and blue and white light through replaceable sensors strength.

According to the measurement result, the range and display unit are automatically switched.

Five user-definable settings and three main menu operation modes (data/normal mode, automatic clearing and integration), with data retention, peak and return functions.

Operation mode:

Data/normal mode:

This mode will measure the intensity of all ultraviolet rays irradiated on the sensor in real time. Users can freeze readings and display data. In normal mode, the PEAK function will freeze and display the highest intensity value recorded.

Automatic clearing:

In this mode, the AccuMax intensity meter automatically subtracts "unwanted" ambient light, and all measured readings are relative to ambient light. Protect user data-records are also entered in this mode.

Points (INTG):

In the integration mode, the instrument accumulates the ultraviolet rays irradiated on the sensor, and then displays the total ultraviolet energy absorbed (in Joule/cm2). In this mode, the Freeze function keeps the displayed process in the background. In order to facilitate the operation, in the integration mode, AccuMax will not automatically shut down, so that the user can continuously measure the UV dose for a long time.
