second

This magnetic particle flaw detector uses a programmable controller (PLC) to control the actions of the whole machine. Each action sequence and the number and time of magnetization can be programmed according to the testing process requirements of different workpieces. The magnetic particle flaw detector can make the entire The flaw detection equipment reaches the maximum use effect.

Close the main power air switch QF1, turn on the power switch S1, the communication contactor KM1 is closed, the whole machine is powered on, and the power indicator light is on. QF2 and QF3 are corresponding current overload protectors.

The thyristors V1 and V2 of the main control circuit part of the magnetic particle flaw detector and the main transformer T1 constitute the main circuit of circumferential magnetization. The size of the magnetizing current of the magnetic particle flaw detector is completed by changing the conduction angles of V1 and V2 by the trigger circuit.

OMY-500~5000 series mobile magnetic particle flaw detector equipment parameter collection

The thyristors V3 and V4 of the magnetic particle flaw detector and the main transformer T3 constitute the main circuit of longitudinal magnetization.

TA1, A1 and TA2, A2 respectively measure and indicate the size of the circumferential magnetization current and the longitudinal magnetization magnetic potential.

F1 and F2 are respectively used as overcurrent protection for the peripheral and vertical thyristors.

The trigger signal of the thyristor trigger circuit is generated by API and AP2 respectively. RP1 and RP2 are the weekly and longitudinal current dispatching potentiometers respectively, and the magnetic particle detector dispatches the phase shift angle of its output pulse.

AP1 and AP2 are supplied by power transformers T2 and T4. First derivative function, etc.
