This product is characterized by a water-soluble rust inhibitor, which has no side effects on the magnetic powder used for magnetic particle inspection and has no influence on the sensitivity of inspection. This product has a small usage amount and good rust prevention effect. The metal parts are not easy to whiten and frost after use, and there is no foam formation. After washing, a transparent protective film is formed on the metal surface, which can protect the metal to a certain extent. This product is non-flammable and explosive, free of sodium nitrite and other harmful substances, which is beneficial to protect the physical and mental health of workers.

Application of FX-3 type anti-rust agent

This product is suitable for intermediate rust prevention of steel, cast iron and other parts. It can also be used for short-term rust prevention for the parts and components in the warehouse. In the case of a concentration above 3-5%, the effective period of anti-rust for metal parts is 15-30 days. Stock anti-rust: soaking or painting, drying under the concentration of 20-25% or more, the anti-rust period can reach 3-5 months.

Magnetic suspension configuration method

Use this product to prepare a 3%-or 5% aqueous solution, which can be used for dipping and anti-rust, high-pressure spray anti-rust and brushing anti-rust and other methods. The processed workpiece can enter the next process without further processing. Please shake this product well before use. If foam is generated in the work process, a defoamer must be added, and if the work process is uneven, a dispersant must be added.
