XP-3 type defoamer performance

  XP-3 type defoamer is mainly used to configure the main additives of water magnetic suspension in magnetic particle inspection. This product has high stability and wide applicability, and has the characteristics of rapid defoaming, long-lasting foam suppression and uniform liquid. It is widely applicable to the magnetic particle inspection method that uses water as the carrier to suppress the generation of foam in the water magnetic suspension.

Preparation method

Use this product to directly pour the quantitative defoamer into the water magnetic suspension in the storage tank according to the proportion of the capacity of the water magnetic suspension storage tank of the flaw detector. If the work is uneven, a dispersant needs to be added, and if rust prevention is required, an anti-rust agent needs to be added. The content of fluorescent magnetic powder in 1 liter of magnetic suspension for flaw detection: 1-3 grams, and the content of defoaming agent: 5-10 grams.
